Some Criminal Offenses Are Not Eligible
Crimes against children, felony DUI, sexual offenses and home invasions with a deadly weapon cannot be sealed in Nevada.

Sealing your Misdemeanors
This timeline depends. If you have non-felony DUI or battery domestic violence, it is 7 years.
For gross misdemeanors, misdemanor battery, harassment, stalking or violating a protective order, you must wait 2 years.
If it is a traffic violation or other misdemeanor, the waiting period is 1 year.

Sealing your DUI
Non-felony DUI can be sealed after 7 years. Remember, your felony DUI cannot be sealed in Nevada.

Sealing a Dismissal or "Decline to Prosecute"
There is no waiting period if you were acquitted or your charges were dismissed. We can seal the record of your arrest right away.
If the city/district attorney declined to prosecute your case, you must wait until the statute of limitations has run, or 8 years after the arrest, or by agreement of the city/district attorney.
